Celebrating World Bicycle Day 2026 With the Students of ISL, University of Lagos

On the 3rd of June 2026, GRA Empowerment Foundation joined students, education leaders, road safety officials, and university representatives at the International School, University of Lagos, to mark World Bicycle Day 2026, themed "Advancing Sustainable Mobility and Inclusive Transport."

The day featured a short lecture, bicycle allocation to students, an awareness road show, a bike exhibition, and a 5KM awareness ride around the University of Lagos community.

This event marks our 5th school outreach under our sustainable mobility campaign, with hundreds of bicycles distributed across Lagos State so far. The road to education should never be blocked by the cost of getting there.
